Gerri landed 1 shot for every 3 or 4 that PDL landed.

PDL actually boxed! He boxed! And made Gerri look bad doing it. He won rounds by coming forward and by boxing and counterpunching. I thought PDL was one dimensional (and still do since he'll fail miserably at boxing against any average fighter)!

i think you got it all wrong. de leon was throwing wild shots that landed in air, how is that suppose to call " box".

For the experience that penalosa has..he should have won by boxing since ponce couldn't crack his defense...but penalosa threw very little punches and that is why he lost....eventhough ponce hit arms and elbows ..those still hurt and may have contributed to penalosa not throwing many punches....I think penalosa should fight bautista first because it would be a good lesson for bautista too...but if not ponce will easily win by knock out...

Can anybody here show me a pic of Deleon doing a clear shot over Penalosa? All of Deleon's punches were either blocked or didn't connect. If this is the case then Winky Wright versus Taylor should have been a lopsided victory for Taylor.
