What happened to all those people who said Gerri was going to win this fight? He got clobbered. Who would've thought that Ponce could put on a clinic?

Gerry landed all the better shots. He constantly made Ponce's head jart back though when someone throws over 100 punches a round, he could just be hitting air and the judges would most likely choose him over a guy throwing only 40 or so a round. Either way a great fight. Gerry should retire now that he had a big shot and came up short again. Nothing left for him.

Gerri landed 1 shot for every 3 or 4 that PDL landed.

PDL actually boxed! He boxed! And made Gerri look bad doing it. He won rounds by coming forward and by boxing and counterpunching. I thought PDL was one dimensional (and still do since he'll fail miserably at boxing against any average fighter)!
