barrera in his prime beats marquez in his prime any day.

marquez is just better technically. He can brawl if he needs to, but Barrera brawls if he wants to.

Barrera in his prime could do basically whatever he wanted to. He would Handle Marquez in an outstanding fight.

Now, i think marquez is a better fighter. I still think its gonna be an awsome fight

Marquez UD tonight,i think he'll force it 2 be an exciting fight,now that Barreras older,he loves boxing his opponents at his pace,thats how good he is,he keeps it at his pace,but i dont think a boxer like Marquez will allow it,and do more den Barrera to earn a UD

He also beat ERIC MORALES TWICE!!!!

and MORALES is a MUCH better fighter then Jones

He also has wins over Kelley, Tapia, Hamed, and recently two consecutive wins over Rocky Juarez. He beat Juarez in a brawl the first time and then outboxed him the 2nd time.

NO doubt about it, Marco Antonio Barrera is one of the best to ever do it

Agreed. But Freddie Norwood was a pretty good fighter.
