For HEAVYWEIGHTS, i AM fixated on nationality cause we need a good US contender to bring the sports poplularity back up a bit.

With wlad out there, knocking out all these good US contenders... its frustrating.

    i dont like him.

I liked LEWIS because he was extremely entertaining a lot of times, which is good for boxing. Wlad will never be in another exciting fight unless he fights Peter again.

And i love the little guys because they show passion. They all love what they do. Its not always exciting, but there fights are meaningful.

The heavyweights champs havent fought eachother since lewis retired 3 years ago! Which means, not a single Big Heavyweight fight in almost 3 years!!!!

hell yes i do. You said he's done more for blacks then any athlete ever...

      u probably just werent thinking

Jack Johnson, Sugar ray robinson, joe louis... those ALL did more for blacks, and thats only in boxing.

Jackie robinson was HUGE for blacks and black athletes, about 20x more then what Wlad is doing...

Do you need the sport to be popluar in America?? It's popular on BS. And if 'America' never embraces Wlad Klitschko then that's America's problem, not Klitschko's. It shows that we're a bunch of ignorant xenophobes.

Not long ago I was watching Dawson-Adamek with a friend, who started shouting 'knock him out, he doesn't even speak English'. At that point I rooted for Adamek, because xenophobia is even worse than racism, if that's possible.

He means he's done more for blacks than contemporary black athletes, not Louis, Robinson, Ali, etc.

He has set up organizations to help black children with Aids. Blacks are still not considered equals when it comes to job oppurtunities and such in this country. Don't fool yourself.

He's not talking about equality he is talking about for the poor in Africa with Unesco. He is talking about Wlad as a humanitarian.

I love Johnson, but he never helped black people in America. He was far from generous . He hurt many black fighters to be perfectly honest.

I know but I didn't want to go there; that's a different conversation.
