I beg to differ, i think if Green would have stepped it up he could have stopped Miranda.

Holy ****! How many things did Green say bothered him? Everything listed here is real based on that interview. Damn.

NJORD: So, Green, what are your excuses...or...health problems that contributed to your loss?

      AG: Dehydration

NJORD: Oh my. That can be dangerou...

      AG: Dangerous, low electrolytes

      NJORD: That's not good...I..

      AG: Blood sugar!

NJORD: Why would you take on someone like Miranda with all those..

      AG: Anemia, too.

      NJORD: Anything else Allan?

      AG: And my colon.

NJORD: Super. That's a more impressive list of excuses than I've seen in awhile. If only Roy Jones, Jr. had you writing his speeches when Tarver asked, "Any Excuses tonight, Roy..?"

      AG: For real.

Green was literally seconds from being knocked out and that's a legitimate case where you can say he was saved by the bell.

If the fight went 15 seconds longer Miranda would have knocked him out.

All I know is that Green looked ****ed up. Something was up with him...Don't know if he had the measles, hernia, diabetes and AIDS like he claims, but he definitely looked like he wasn't all there physically.

              Meh.
It may be a legit point.
Id like to see them fight again and hopefully it would make for an explosive fight.
They both have solid chins and excellent power.

I've always thought, and still think Green is just super technical. Miranda is tough to fight because he comes in with his head down throwing overhand punches, and he has decent reach. Green has to pick and chose his spots and it always starts with the lead left hook.

He was just extremely frustrated because outside of the flash knockdown where they tangled feet....he never could back Miranda up.

I was wondering why he didnt throw any punches after he kd'd Miranda...this may have been the reason why.
                  Maybe not, you never know.

                    flash kd?
                    tangled feet?
I thought he caught Miranda good and dropped him, but maybe I need to see it again.

He didn't look like the same fighter that I've seen, so I believe him, but I think his health issues were mental that night. I've seen boxers give respect to their opponent by fighting cautious. Green was downright scared of Miranda and it showed. Mentally, he wasn't all there as he was probably screaming like a little gurl inside his head every time Edison threw a punch.

It was like how Bowe fought Lewis during the olympics...scared ****less...
