Who actually has a good chance of beating Wlad?

Wlad is in a completely different league from Peter and all the others. The only fighter who has a realistic chance against him is Corrie Sanders if he can come back and get himself into the same condition that he was for their first fight. Most people don't know just how good Sanders was. Living in SA he did not have the political connections and none of the top names wanted to fight him for obvious reasons. Wlad had the misfortune to run into him one of the few times in his life that he bothered to train for a fight.

Fat Toney was competative with Peter. Nuff said. Peter knocked down Wlad with rabbit punches which the incompetant/crooked referee ignored (Randy Neumann is probably THE most incompetant/crooked referee out of all the other incompetant/crooked referees!).

Briggs probably wouldn't last as long as Austin. Lyakhovich only managed to lose his won fight by ignoring his corner and standing right in front of him with his jaw sticking out asking to be knocked down. (What was wrong with Ly. that night anyway?)

Valuev is a giant who should be in a different weight class. Wlad should be able to methodically chop him down.

Much as I like him, I don't think Maskaev would have much chance either.

Well you answered your own question as to why people differentiate between Wlad having a bad chin and Wlad being nervous. Wlad can fix his anxiety problems, perhaps he has already.

I don't think the chin is the problem either. His chin isn't rock solid but it's not glass. Harrison's is much worse IMO.

Peter would DEFINETLY knock KLITSCHKO out if they ever fight again.

He's a much better fighter then the last time he went, in terms of a boxer, AND he's still got that power.

But he knows how to use the power much more effectively.


No DOUBT ABOUT IT, Peter is the best heavyweight out there and he keeps getting better.

I see Peter winning by a 7th round KO, in a fight where he wins every single round up to that point, and maybe even knocks Klitschko down in the majority of the rounds.

Peter has improved but he's not gonna be outboxing Wlad and winning rounds. If he wins, it's by knockout, likely with him being far behind in points. I love both guys but Peter will never be a better boxer than Wlad. He may beat him though, so for me that fight is a toss up.

Can't believe the credit some people give to Hasim Rahman, a man who hasn't won a single fight as heavyweight champion of the world.


As for Wlad, while I like the guy, I think it's a stretch to ask if anyone can beat him when he's just had defences against the mighty world beaters Calvin Brock and Ray Austin.



Anyway, the answer's obviously Danny Williams. Wlad's ducking him after what he did to his brother.

Sam peter he has progressed alot in the last 2 fights and dominated Toney. He has a Granite chin and destructive power. hes really slow though. Wlad has a glass chin.. i think peters has the best shot if not sanders.

Lol, I laugh at guys who says Peter is a better fighter. He was his best against Wlad, then he went down, got fatter and less prepared, and when toney did a reality check on him in the first fight, he decided to get back in his previous shape, but dude does nothing better then he did against Wlad.
Anyways, if this fight will happen, I am open to bets.
