    Sultan Ibragamov has never beat anyone above a journeyman status. I don't see how that makes him a "good" fighter.

    Larry Donald was not on anyone's radar until he fought an aged, injured Holyfield. He has beat no one else of note, except a faded, 40 year old tim Witherspoon. In fact, every time he stepped up he lost.


    At best, I would call them both B fighters, not resume builders. The fact that he drew with both of them speaks volumes.
