Incu, cut the guy alittle slack...He's been out of the ring for almost 11 years, so I wouldn't expect him to look that great in his first fight back. And don't expect Morrison to be fighting any good opponents anytime soon. I expect that he'll fight "Joe Mesi" type opponents until he starts to feel comfortable and gradually step up sometime next year if everything goes to plan. Hopefully, us fans will get to see him on FNF's, Vs, or Foxsports net later on in the year.

I know I didn't expect him to be great in his first or in really good shape, but being out of the sport for that long isn't going to help him. I hope he does well, gets paid and gets a shot, but he isn't young anymore and seems to be a more of a sideshow than a top contender

Its a mystifying situation, he claims he was on steroids and that is why his tests came back positive due to the effect they were having on his body! or somethn like that. It all sounds dubious, Hiv people can test negative, its not unheard of but thy still have it, is that the case for Morrison? Who knows! but it would be a massive news story if such a high profile person is right, its likely the case that he is seen as low risk if the test is negative but that there are stipulations in the fights, apparantly that recent fight would have been stopped if the opponent was to end up cut! That tells a story in itself, good luck to him, good fighter in his day and Rocky 5 wasnt all that bad.
