When RJJ started getting fights on TV Merchant would say "well RJJ isnt no SRL...haw haw." Ya....got that right....RJJ would KTFO'd SRL in the ams...easy. Then a few fights down the road Mercdhant was saying how RJJ reminded him of SRL. Come on guy...another martini?

            2) Jake La Motta (beaten how many times by Sugar Ray Robinson?)

Look at his record against LaMotta. In my opinion LaMotta is a legend and Robinson used to make him his ***** back in the day.
I know right. Dude had like 170+ wins and 120+ Ko's. When he turned pro he fought 3 weeks out of every month and only lost his early losses cuz he got lazy. Dude KTFO'd Fullmer w/a single left hook. Gahaha

Sosa was a terror back then. McCallum...Griffin...Hill...Paz were all nobodies too...lol.

Cats didnt wanna fight him or over priced themselves. Never ran from anyone. Michelchesky [however you spell it] never replied to the last offer either so dont even think of it.
