Morrison hopes to eventually work his way back into a big fight. He mentioned an eventual match with ex-champ Rid**** Bowe or a rematch with Ray Mercer. But he really wants to fight James Toney.

"Toney is someone I want to fight down the line," Morrison said. "I will put him in the hospital. I don't like him. I don't like his attitude. He doesn't represent being a contender the way it should be done. He walks around like he's the second coming and he looks like a 38-year-old truck driver."

I agree with GreatJoe. It really depends how Tommy fairs against his opponents in his next 6 fights..if he gets progressively better and looks reminiscent of his old self..I'd love to see him fight toney.

Risky but I'll go with Morrison. Prime for Prime I'd give it to Morrison. Toney is an old man + Excessive weight whereas Morrison is an old man + Years outside the ring. After a few fights I'd give it to Morrison.

Thats what im thinkin, Toney is still pretty slick, Morrison is down to just power and if Sam Peter didnt get him out of there Tommy wont, he lacks the stamina and accuracy as u say

yupper. he would have struggled with toney even in his prime. I could see him missing toney over the head with that left hook. morrison hit like a truck but he always had trouble with good defensive fighters

Toney would beat any HIV left in Tommy out of him. Who was it that KO'd TM back in the day? Michael Bentt? Toney still hasn't been KO'd and Tommy isn't oin to chane that. And that hick has alot of nerve callin James a truckdriver....
