Also in another thing you said about Manny fighting Barrera or Marquez in their primes, they are long out of their primes incase you didn't know. Marquez just looks fresher since he hasn't fought in a war until he met Manny the first time.
I agree he isnt looking past him at all he is just confidant in himself

      agree with you

in my opion if Hatton lost once he will become a more exciting fighter.

i think he has so much pressure in keeping the 0 that is why he clinchs alot.

imagine the whole of britians pride is behind your shoulder you would do anything to win and undeafted makes it even more.

but as for Calzaghe i think he is more confiedent in his ability he just have to win Kessler to become the top notch as SMW and then go to another wieght class because basicly he won the best out there.

as for Quintant he was a contender and you where he goes Cotto success goes with him if he screwed in his next fight against a good solid vetran then Cotto win is consider to be nothing much.

Cotto is only 26 I believe look where he is at today already Bob has taking Cotto step be step the way your suppose to bring up a sruper star. Cotto will reamin underfeated for a couple of more years to come he will go down as one of the best of PR. The only fighter that will give cotto problems will have be May jr. But I think cotto has a big chance also I think Mosley would give cotto problems but i think since Mosley leaves him self open to much he will get TKO or KO. Cotto is the best Boxer right know cutting the ring.

I agree he is deffanatly gonna be talked about as one of the best peurtorican boxers of all time but he wont be The best. I dont think he could beat pbf or mosey in my opinion but i think he would do a verry good job against them.

i dont think he is the best in PR there is Tito, Camacho, Bazooka,...etc. that have tough comptition and 26 is where his prime age e****ally in boxing where the fight is 3 per year or at most 4.

and you made some condractic statment that promoter should protect there fighter. usually the fighter that are thrown to wovles the he is wolf himself and he comes out the strongest of the bunch

It's all about progress, self preservation & confidence. Once a fighter has all that then they should start stepping it up like Miguel is doing right now. He didn't have to fight Quintana at his first debut at 147 but he did & Quintana was viewed as a bad choice for Cotto because he's fought his whole career at 147.

              Cotto's pace is on point!!!

A good article on the dreaded tune-up, which I dont consider this fight anyways.

Miguel Cotto (28-0, 23 KOs) is expected to beat mandatory challenger Oktay Urkal (38-3, 11 KOs) on Saturday, but it's not a given, Dan Rafael writes.
