well,,,lamon is very up and down himself. he's lost to shufford ,,entienne,,,should have got the loss against meehan and was beaten by serge who was trounced by none other than briggs and mo harris. brewster has dynamite heart and good power but he's also very beatable and I think this match with tua would be a toss up

evander is so over the hill now I wouldnt be in total shock if he even loses to maddalone. brewster may already have brain damage himself considering all the hard shots he's eaten over his last several fights ( excluding golota). tua is a shell of himself and so one dimensional its sickening but he still has a 50/50 shot at brewster and would stop evander

He has always lacked some fundamentals which has been the reason he has struggled against the likes of Lewis, Byrd and Rahman among others, but people who say he never was anything and never beat anyone is talking nonsense; he's beaten four current or former world heavyweight champions; was involved in two fights which were among the biggest punch output in heavyweight history, and no one except Ike, ever dared to stand toe to toe with him and if they did they didn't survive.

He has however, been absolutely garbage in his comeback fights, there's no dis*****g that.

This makes perfect sense, but unfortunately Don King is no longer Brewster's promoter (what, did I just write that?!?), so making a fight between the two wouldn't be easy.

But it'd be a great co-feature for any Showtime or HBO broadcast, or maybe a FNF main event (wishful thinking, I know).

Expect Brewster to take on one of the heavyweight challenger retreads like Dominic Guinn, Jameel McCline, Owen Beck or Monte Barrett in his first fight back. Those guys won't go away.

Paul, don't you think that it's time for Tua to take some risk and 'step up' against some decent competition? Maybe the reason why he's looked so dismal in his comeback fights is that he isn't compelled to train hard and to dedicate himself as if he was fighting a formitable opponent. I mean how many tune-up fights does he need? Its time to fight a real opponent and step up the game.

I agree with this somewhat. Tua does need to move up and take more risk but it needs to be a calculated risk because if he moves up and loses badly then he is finished. Its a tough call for him and his team. He needs to lose another 20 pounds to start with.
