so technically, Holyfield cheated when he fought Tyson, so the loss (and NC) should be taken off of Tysons record, just like steroids users in baseball should not have their records counted if they are found guilty of steroids.

DAMN Holyfield's got a lot of explaining to do. No matter what's the result of this inquiry or scandal he's already tainted with doubt so he might as well call it a career.

          Tyson has always been ripped.

Dude was already huge when he was like 13. He was a man/child beast.

If Holyfield is forced to cut out steriod use expect him to age pretty quickly. We all knew it, I think a large percentage of heavyweights are on steriods. There is just too much corruption in boxing and testing just isn't thorough at all. Props to Albany County Police. I'm sick and tired as a sports fan of sitting and watching all of these guys so obviously on the juice, in every sport. Lets track down the perpetrators and throw their asses in jail!!

I'm not sure about steroids. If anything, it could of been either Amphetamines or just from working out like a bodybuilder. Remember, Tyson was 220 before and after prison for fights; the only difference was that after prison he was more ripped at that weight. There are pictures of him when he was 210-215 shredded, but when he fought just 5-7 pounds heavier, he looked a bit more fluid.
Tyson before prison supposedly did little working out with weights, while the version that came out of prison was lifting, and hired a nutritionist to keep his weight down. I am not sure when his sister died, but he was said to have become very concerned that he would die young if he didn't keep his weight down since he had the "gene" to be obese; this would explain why he would start seeing a nutritionist to keep control of his weight. Changing your diet can have incredible results on the way your muscles look.

Tyson also commented on James Toney's steroid failure. Tyson said something like, If that were me I would of been arrested. I would of been a walking weapon and I would of never been able to box.
*If someone still has the article it would be nice for you to post it since I don't have the exact quotes

Tyson is also the same person who got hell for failing for Mary-Jane after the Golota fight.

Even when he was training for Lewis, people continued to talk about how he was smoking up in Hawaii.

Here is a quick look at Tyson when he was young with Cus, plus Cus speaking.

I am not sure how old Tyson is in the very first picture, but he is very young. Usually you only see from the neck up, this picture shows his entire body. Mike had a huge skull; luckily his body grew to fit it. The one picture, with Tyson with the Dempsey like haircut, white shorts, with Cus tying Tyson's gloves, shows how rip Tyson was when he was young.

yea,,,,its not nearly as obvious with tyson as it is with guys like holyfield morrison...golota and briggs so I could be wrong there but I do feel he probably has. he put on some mass and a bit more definition after his release from prison in his 2nd boxing career and has abused other drugs,,,,,so its pretty likely he'd be prone to go the steroids route but its also debatable and possible that he didnt use them at all. its not as obvious with him

well,,,I guess that would make holyfield winless in the heavyweight division,,if you wanted to go there

People with naturally high testosterone levels are said to be "proned" to drug use. They have so much energy that they become risk-takers. They are more likely to use drugs, but not likely steroids since they also have some type of complex and vanity that they don't "need that ****." The people that are actually more likely to take steroids are those that are below or just average and feel they need to compete.

High Testosterone people usually use drugs that will help bring them down a level to stop the hyper-active feelings/behavior. But ******* is one of the drugs Tyson was using so...however, I don't know when his addiction started. ******* seems the drug of choice by boxers; probably to get that "high" feeling they had when they boxed, like Sugar Ray Leonard said. That or they use it to cut weight or even worse, cheat to use it for energy for boxing, which could work against you by making your blood pump to fast.

Tyson was also in his mid-late 20's after prison so his body would now produce more DHT, which increases your strength and ability to lean out.

I would think if anything, it would be amphetamines that he used to cut quickly from the heavy weight he was caring after either his first or second stint in prison. Tyson, and even Atlas said Tyson just has a crazy genes/metabolism and can get in shape incredibly quick because of those genes, and the way he trains.
