If you're wearing shoes (and not sandals), It doesn't make that much of a difference if they're boots, or whatever else. I guarantee Floyd was a lot more comfortable than Oscar (with his suit). But, they were both in the shade anyway and it wasn't really that hot to begin with.

That's very true, they were comfortably in the shade. It wasnt as hot as it is in the summer, but my fiance and I were right there in the sun the entire time and got roasted up pretty good.
