I can see Diaz being in trouble here. Popo has a lot of pop in his punches if he decides to trade.
I agree, a well trained Freitas is too strong for Diaz.

Hatton is all wrong for Diaz. Diaz is a pressure fighter with a high workrate, but his power is mediocre at lightweight. He'd be pretty much overpowered by Hatton. Diaz can still make Lightweight and still has good challenges at lightweight. He really needs to become the number 1 Lightweight in the world before he thinks of moving up.

It's not a wise decission for Diaz to go up at this point. The guy doesn't have much power to hurt his fellow lightweights what more in the welter.

            Hatton will run over Diaz.

Precisely. He needs to go after Casamayor really, doesn't he? See how he can deal with the best at Lightweight.

Hatton doesn't have much power either, I'd say its a pick em' fight between him and Hatton.

Hatton has a 70% knockout ratio at 140. Diaz has a less than 50% KO ratio at Lightweight. That's a big, big difference in power. I'd say your opinion isn't well considered and would advise you to revise it.

Just check their knock out percentage bruh

Hatton has 30 KO's in 41 fights all at 140 and Diaz has 15 KO's in 31 fights all at ther lower weight. Hatton's power maybe questionable in putting down guys at 147 but not guys coming up from 135.
