I can remember this story. I can also remember an interview Tyson gave and when asked who was the hardest puncher he'd ever faced he said BRUNO!
I think one problem Bruno had was you could see his punches coming from a mile away if he'd been a bit quicker he would of been devastating. But has big punchers go he could easily be the biggest. As for Eubank he was a massive puncher but unfortunately after the infamous Watson fight he never really threw the devasting shots like he used to, he seemed to be going for points victories.

Consider that Eubank entered the ring at 180 against Gary Stretch, and paralyzed an opponent with one punch. Also watch the Jarvis KO, the sheer force was frightening and the punch didn't land on the point of the jaw or the temple - it landed on the lower cheek yet Jarvis still didn't know whether he was in Manchester or Las Vegas when got up! Or how about the six-inch uppercut that almost took Ray Close's head off (how Close got up from that at the count of nine only God knows).

Eubank wasn't a consistently hard puncher like Marciano, and says he was not gifted enough to be able to just go out there and KO somebody when he wanted, but "if the opportunity presented itself" he could generate great force.. that's due to the stretching exercises he did and weight distribution he learned from a martial arts guy from NY.

That doesnt matter, foreman and tyson take more time to ko thier opponents, All tua has to do is swing and connect properly, its over. I think he's by far the hardest hitter.

Why not? Cuz he wasnt a hall of famer, actually watch footage rather than go by paper stats. Everyone here seems to love earnie shavers, i'd say tua accomplished more than him.
