A guy on the net told me that he asked various sparring partners in the 90's who had sparred with frank bruno, george foreman, mike tyson, razor ruddock . Who hit hardest . They all said bruno . Did anyone hear of the punching tournament that tested the biggest punchers in the heavyweight divsions power . Apparently bruno won it and this was a tournament including tyson, foreman and ruddock.
Bruno hardest punching heavyweight in history?.

Frank Bruno, Mike Tyson, Razor Ruddock, George Foreman and Chris Eubank all had their punches measured (for charity I think) in London in April 1991 on a machine similar to the one Ivan Drago used in Rocky IV.
Bruno won. All I know is that Bruno's punch was said to be equivalent of being hit by a sledgehammer (!) and that Eubank's was measured at two tonnes (which was considered insane force for a middleweight).Last edited by Miagi; 02-20-2007, 10:20 PM.Comment
