Big step up, I should have guessed he was going for the WBO route.

Bizarre that Warren always takes that route, particularly as Freitas is actually a pretty strong champion, and even if he retires so is Katsidis. And Katsidis can punch, unlike any other Amir Khan opponent thus far.

Willie Limond isn't a scrub, so it'll be an interesting fight for sure. Limond is Commonwealth Champion, so they'd b taking Khan down the right route. Limond isn't a big puncher though, so he is the most attractive "step-up" opponent for Khan. Very tidy boxer though.


Thos rankings are of course slightly outdated, with Earl and Katsidis essentially switching places.
