i ran into ricky hatton at the gatwick airport yesterday morning on the way home from london. pretty insane. hatton and mayweather is an instant classic that is in danger of never happening imo.

I don't think it will ever happen. Hattons got to beat Castillo first in June which will be tough, and if Floyd doesn't retire after the DLH fight like he said he will i think he will want either Mosley or Cotto, if Cotto beats Judah.

I am led to believe that they legitimately hate each other, so it would be a war. Nevermind the weight they are similar in size...I think the minute that fight is arranged, Hatton's Guiness goes out the window for good. At his best Hatton wins by late TKO. A sloppy unfocused Hatton loses badly (like Gatti)

I could see Ricky KOing PBF .. I could also see Floyd beating the living piss out of Hatton.. I guess thats what makes this possible fight so intriguing

Hatton is at 140 and doesn't like 147... Mayweather is at 154 right now. I just don't ever see this fight happening unless lots of money is involved.

Im sure at the very least they could both walk from this fight with at least 15 mill each.

I hope it happens at the end of the year since they are both in their prime.

I think Floyd would give Hatton the biggest beatin of his life, especially how Hatton has been performing lately
