The fight was close but I had Mike winning also. It was however an ugly fight and not the usual action we see at that weight. Kinda reminded me of Raheem vs Freitas. The thing I dont understand is that Mike looked to have had a bigger edge on the outside than the inside. He landed almost all the clean and flashy punches when he gave himself room.

BTW I saw that they were wearing different glove brands. I believe Mike had Everlast but not sure what Shark had. What brand did Shark have and what was the reasoning behind Mike's choice Scully?

"ShoBox announcer Steve Farhood was stunned at the decision and "could not believe that Oliver won the fight." So waht. What does this whiner know about tasting leather? He has never fought in a ring in his life. His announcing job on this fight was so one-sided, I was ready to puke onto the tv set. I had it 115-113 for Mike. Farhood, stfu!

He just called it as he (and the rest of the spectators) saw it.

i dont recall the last time there was a close decision and a protest wasnt filed, good freakin grief i dont think boxing is the sport for crybabies

if ted the bull says he had the same man winning it couldnt have been as blatant as this farhood jerkoff insinuates

I actually thought he was being one-sided towards Oliver. All he spoke about over and over was Oliver's quicker hands, his amateur record, etc. I almost felt like it was being pumped up as a coming out party for Oliver when there is another undefeated fighter on the other end. I had it 115-113 Stark, 116-112 Oliver is a huge stretch IMO by two of the judges.

Its not trendy anymore, since we got announcer that are good for ****.

I would definitely be up for a rematch, it would be fair. I do think we could make adjustments and have Mike-Mike fight like he normally does. I am not sure about Stark but Mike definitely didn't fight in his usual manner and it was perplexing to me in the corner because I know what he can do and what has made him so successful to this point. If it was up to me there could be a rematch on SHOBOX again
