Two, Pac can be a very good dummy. He can be easily influenced to run things based on what his friend politicians says. Do you expect Pac to understand the dynamics of governance just over night?

Signing two contracts, a pathetic singing career (have you heard him sing? horrific voice) bouyed only by his most loyal boxing fans, and now announcing his political career - yeah, not exactly a smart guy.
