I heard they were gonna go thru with the Cardona fight as well. I hope Zab doesnt break his hand or get injured in this fight.

If this fight goes down, and Zab doesn't win, it's pretty much over for him. He'll have to start almost at the bottom, fighting journymen off of television.

Judah needs momentum. Hell Cotto needs Judah to have momentum too, or people will say hes damaged goods. But theres no way in hell he will fight in April.

This is a bad fight for Cotto, and a bad fight for Judah. Bad for Cotto because Judah has speed. Bad for Judah because he's lost two big fights in a row, I think Judah should have gotten an easy fight first so he can get back into the rhythm.

An in-shape motivated Judah would win an easy decision against Cotto, however if it's the Judah that fought Baldomir, Cotto would knock him out.

            It's whoever lands first.

Both these guys have done the dance in recent memory.

Cotto's a beast....but I think Zab is too fast for him, and has enough on his punches to be a legit threat.

Of course...every time I've gone against Cotto he's shown me something new.

Either way....I see Both guys hitting the deck at least once in this fight.

When I think of the deciding factor in this fight, I look at how composed Cotto is throughout the fight and how Judah is the complete opposite when he is in any kind of trouble. I also remember how Malignaggi's speed was bothering Cotto at times in their fight.

              Should be interesting...

i understand where you're coming from dioni. if zab was fighting mosley or mayweather again i'd deffinitly lean towards your logic.
but cotto is'nt proven to me. and i think that even a rusty hungry, on his best behavior judah will win in a dirty fight where he gets hurt.

This is a big fight and Zab is NOWHERE NEAR being Shot.

I don't think alot of you guys who keep mouthing the words "shot" really know what a "shot fighter" really is.

Yes, Zab lost fights back to back. But the Baldomir meltdown was more the case of Zab not being focused OR in shape. So what gives you the reason that he is shot? Mayweather was simply the better fighter, period.

A shot fighter is a fighter that you can clearly see that their skills are eroding and they aren't what they once were. Zab's never been a world-beater and has always had the mental lapses. But physically, everything is still there.

Fix said it best, This is Zab's last chance. I don't think he'll blow it.
