Forget dominating, Hatton couldn't beat a solid fighter one weight up. It's not like he went up and fought the very best the division had to offer. Collazo is a top 10 welterweight and that's about it. He's nothing special, yet gave Hatton the toughest fight of his life...

well firstly, MOSLEY has an outstanding chin. The only KD was from a rediculous uppercut for Forrest that would have put anyone down.

And HATTON big for hist division?!?!?!?!?

      are u nuts????

The guy could be fighting at 135 if he wanted to. Hes shorter then almost everyone he fights. THe guy is tiny.

He was to SMALL for 147, and is Maybe even a bit small for 140...

ahh what can I say?? You give a person more points then he has ever had and they don't know what to do with it.. Actually I bought a lot of stuff such as unlimited karma etc and hid some points somewhere on another name... You never showed me how to bypass the one thing on the boxing archve though..

            Styles make fights.

He went in there and blew Tszyu out of the water with an 11th round TKO.

A fighter can have trouble with all these ¨solid¨ fighters you speak of, come against the champ and wipe him out in a few rounds. So this whole theory is wrong and also needs to end.

While I dont think Hatton "sucks" as the topic says, this fight certainly drives Hatton's stock down a bit unfortunately.

and i love how EVERYTHING is this ****in forumn turns into a HATTON hate fest...

the hatton hate in here is rediculous... Hes a very good bully style fighter, that could hang in there with the best the sport has to over. End of Story.

Instead of hating on the guy, why dont u allow him the oppurtunity to prove himself in june, and then again later in the year.

Beating Castillo won't mean **** either, since he is a shade of his former self.

On a side note, Shane was pretty impressive to me. He was very fast and pretty accurate too.

                    I second this.

Two completely different styles of fighters in Hatton and Mosley and their respective fights with Collazo showed that, but there were similarities.

Hatton was just rushing in with no respect for Collazo, something Shane did to Collazo at times....but Hatton really doesn't have the reflexes Shane does.

He has good footwork and can sidestep and outwork guys, but he's nowhere near as agile when it comes to slipping, catching and countering punches. I also think Hatton would put up a way better fight than Collazo did....LMFAO. That's for damn sure...because Collazo went stretches of rounds where he barely landed punches in double figures. Hatton would land at least twice as many punches on Mosley as Collazo even threw.

Either way I'd pick Shane because I think he's a better fighter than Hatton.

They're idiots with no logic. They can't see that styles make fights, and that Hatton ISN'T big for 140, look at him ffs he's 5'6, Urango is big for 140, he looked huge standing next to Hatton.

And Mosley is a natural Welter/LMW, you can see that and he wouldn't be able to make junior welterweight without an eating disorder, nevermind lightweight.
