Wich country dominates boxing?

I have checked the poll and I have no problem with U.S. , Mexico and England getting good number of votes. These countries have produced a lot of great fighters and cham[pions which hugged worldwide recognition from past to present.

But I have problem accepting that Russia is more dominant than Puerto Rico. Take note that the thread starter said not just one division, it'a all of boxing. Russia is dominant in the HEAVY WEIGHT DIV now, not before and not in any OTHER division past or present.

And Philippines over Japan and Puerto Rico ? ? ?

It's either the US or Mexico.

Mexico has my vote because the US has monopoly on too much as it is..

1.USA (mainly due to size and better publicity)
2.Mexico
3.Japan
4.Puerto rico
5.United Kingdom
6.Russia/former soviet union countries.

I'm surprised that absolutely no-one has voted for Japan, they have alot of top fighters in the lower weight classes at the minute

When i opened this thread i clearly asked to state what makes the country you voted for dominant.I already stated what in my opinion makes mexico the most dominant country.I'm curious to find out what makes russia and the phillipines so dominant can whoever voted for them tell me?

americans have the most talented boxers but they dont make the big fights and they're not unifying to prove they are the best. the mexicans have the most champions but i think thats because they only fight each other in the lower classes mostly. p.rico has the most champions with the smallest population. but you could say the same thing about afro-american fighters who only make up about 13 percent of the u.s population. so overall i think the u.s.

How did he dominate mexico if he already lost to amexican well in my opinion two(marquez)but oficially he lost to one so therefore he didnt dominate mexico and any ways we are not talking about one boxer we are taking about the whole country overall.
