Decent fight, though, and it will show us a bit more about Margarito before the Cotto fight.
Williams fights nothing like Cintron. Williams is a volume puncher, Cintron has one punch KO power. The only similarity is that they are both big welters. I agree Williams hasn't done all that much in his career, but we won't find out if he's the truth until someone steps up and fights him. I'll be glad to see him get his shot...

Oh absolutely, not in style, but insofar as they have a big reputation, big punchers but have not REALLY done so much. But like I said, a good fight that will tell us more about Margarito if nothing else.

Tell us more about MARGARITO only?

Nah nah, it will tell us more about both fighters that's why I want to see the fight happen.

i think the key is that margarito's promotional team does not have the right to this fight, which means his promoter won't make the big bucks.
margarito should make this fight happen, if he wins good, he can ask for more money when and if he fights cotto.
margarito needs the credibility right now.

DAMN! Finally one in this forum who understands the financial mechanics of boxing! As I've stated in the past: this has nothing to do with anyone ducking anyone. It is all about economics.
