    Dawson wants Woods

Would be a better gauge of Dawson's position in the world than the Adamek fights as Woods is more of a known quantity than Adamek.

Should be easy enough to make this fight, as they've both shown a willingness to fight the best.

Dawson has to be favourite after this weekend, but Woods is a live underdog and a gutsy fighter and probably physically stronger and certainly more experienced than Adamek was on Saturday.

That's how I see it, I'd love it if Clinton won though.

Clinton's best chance is if he exploits the ? over Dawson's chin.

When I worked with Chad I used to tell him all the time.."Sometimes, with certain guys like you, boxing is NOT brain surgery... you are tall, rangy, sharp, long jab, elusive, great counter puncher, young etc... you don't have to do a million things in the ring...like we did against Carl Daniels... just establish yourself and if your opponent doesn't adjust then keep doing what you are doing. stick the jab, drop in left hands when u have to"....if he stays with that formula who can beat him (provided his chin is strong enough to not go down or recover quickly if he does) ? It may not be exciting but it would work . Put it this way..when he tried out for the Contender Season 1, no disrespect to anyone on the show, but they didn't choose him and I would have to bet that a big reason was because SRL or whoever scouted him realized that the show would be one sided if Chad decided to BOX those guys.

i hope this happens. woods deserves another big fight and you know he won't give up for 12 rounds. dawson will be the overwhelming favourite though.

Its a shame Woods didn't get to Adamek first. The Pole looked a very beatable fighter.

lmfao...maybe in the UK, but i would never rate Woods above Adamek......perhaps not even now that he is beaten..

Woods is a good fighter no doubt, but not world recognised as being the top!!

Adamek fought Briggs, we don't even know how good Briggs is, so Adamek's place on the world stag is difficult to work out. Woods has fought Glen Johnson, Roy Jones and Julio Gonzalez, people who have mixed at the top level for a long time.

I'm not saying Woods is the best, but he is more proven than Adamek.
