However Wlad still looks somewhat tentative in the ring and fights with a safety first mentality. This guy was a path of destruction for his opponents up until the Sanders fight.

It wasn't irelevent regarding his power, which was my main point. His other common opponent to Maskaev was SSS, who he defeated equally as easily. Gomez is as talented as anyone in the division.
