Look, if the future opponents of PBF fight each other and then PBF fights the one or two winners of that unofficial box off, that will be all he really has to do. If Cotto beats AM and PW beat Hatton and SSM beats Collazo, then PBF should fight Cotto and either SSM or Williams. This, of course, after he presumably beats ODH.

      Exactly.

Hatton dropped back down to 140 and has declined a Mayweather fight a number of times.

Cotto hasn't proven he's an A level fighter yet, and his people have no intentions of having him fight Mayweather.

Mosley turned down the fight last year because his tooth hurt, he had a vacation planned, and a number of other excuses. It's clear he doesn't feel he's ready for the fight.

The only A fighter willing to face Floyd is DLH and Floyd had to jump up all the way to 154 to make it happen. People can talk all the **** they want about Floyd not trying to make big fights, but he did everything in his power to make this fight happen. That included giving up his February HBO date to Mosley, jumping up to 154 without a tune up fight, and he immediately took the offer DLH gave him. Give the man his props already. He is the Truth!

AM's style is perfect for PBF to exploit. My Lord, if Santos and Clottey could do it, imagine what PBF would do to him. Styles makes fights and the styles in this case would make for a one-sided one. IMO

i agree, although i would like for floyd to fight cotto to give cotto a loss on his record. but, your point is very clear, the big fights don't happen because the bug name fighters always have excuses when it comes to fighting floyd. shane, hatton, and wright, floyd has wanted to fight winky for a long time now, and winky laughed it off. now, at 154, winky wants to fight the winner of floyd vs oscar, how appropriate. that don't matter to floyd, as his confidence is the best in the business. trust me, a pbf fan with his name as the fan's username could see this as well as a pbf detractor with a pbfsucks username could see this as well.

The guy everyone needs to be careful with is Paul Williams. His reach is 82; Wald's is 81 and Tommy Hearns had a reach of 78. Whta's more compelling is that Williams know how to fight from the outside using his jab to punshish opponents and set them up for his very lethal straights. Also, he seems to be improving with each fight. PBF would do well to avoid him.....of course, if he really wants to prove his worth........

There is a reason Paul Williams is the most feared weltwerweight in boxing. Still, I think he needs to beat someone to prove his skills. Too bad Margarito didn't step up...

Any boxing fan would love to see those big fights, but what can PBF do when these guys don't want to fight?
