Who's the best Welterweight? (Mayweather / Williams / Cotto)

If these guys fought each other, who would come out victorious?

Can 5'8 Mayweather be sneaky enough for a hard-punching 6'1 Williams?
Can Mayweather and Williams deal with Cotto's power?

I really think Cotto or Williams would beat Mayweather at WW........PBF just does not bring the power with him at that weight, Cotto would be too relentless and probably stop him while losing on the cards and Williams range would be too much for him to handle.DLH is going to KO him at 154 IMO.

I think Williams would be able to beat Mayweather but would lose to Cotto, So I'd have to go with Cotto.

I think Cotto is the best of the 3 at welter right now.Floyd obviously has the most pure skill but I doubt he could handle Cottos pressure and Williams size.Cotto would probably break Williams down to the body and beat him if they fought so I say Cotto.
