It was unfortunate what happened to Toney, it would have been good to see what had happened were he to have continued with the belt. Should have been a rematch in my opinion, although of course he was banned from fighting for the WBA belt for 2 years so that wasnt a possibility.

He was a great fighter, but good point from Deeznuts, the fact that he never beat a top ten heavyweight means his career up there, really, never took off. Despite the fact that he was probably the most talented of the bunch!

I'm simply pointing out that he admitted to using steroids. Bonds has never been caught using steroids and he has never admitted to using.

Bonds admitted using steroids in court but he said he thought it was flaxseed oil.

Well here is the thing .

If Toney has a low hormone level and takes the steroid as a form of medication too stabilize and correct the problem is it still cheating ? If the steroid was given in proper form then it would have only put him on even terms and NOT gave him a unfair advantage .

I was watching Outside the lines yesterday and it was a segment on steroid and HGH use in sports. It shows an interview of JT and his doctor. The doctor confirms and shows a copy of a lab report from 2005 which states that James has low test and Igf-1 levels because of pituitary gland damage from boxing. James also admits on the show that he took nandrolone while injured so that he could heal properly and to get his hormone levels up to where they needed to be.

he doesnt have enough testosterone???
