I am thrilled that Vitali is back. But what I think the WBC must do is hold a press conference and announce that they are going to allow Peter to fight Maskaev BUT afterwards the winner must face Vitali or they will be stripped of the title ASAP. I think that would be a fair decision on the part of the WBC. In the meantime Vitali can hopefully get in a fight against a lesser opponent so that way he can shake the rust off.

exactly you said it right the wbc brought this on themselves, if peter won the 1st fight they should have had him fight maskaev right away but no they have to go and kiss toneys butt and give him another shot, redicoulous. Im hoping they dont try to kiss peters butt now because if they do then they are the worst sanctioning body in the world. Klitschko has to get his shot right away and peter can wait..

Why should HE wait to get a shot at his title? Why give the honor for any immediate rematch if that was not the case?

It's ****i'n Sulaiman again? WBC really sucks! This is exactly the same thing as in the MAB/Soto case. Since the number 1 contender in Pac is not available, Soto is the next mandatory. But **** Sulaiman sabctioned the MAB/JMM fight. JMM is not even a 130 lber.

I'm happy that Vitali is back but let's put a little sanity into the system. Just let Peter get his shot and then Vitali fights who wins and who ever has the title.
