Well it looks like Peter aint gonna win the WBC title

Peter can beat Maskaev but it looks like he wont be facing him now that Vitali is back. To my knowledge Peter can not beat Vitali seeing that Vitali will be the first in line for Maskaevs title. I think the WBC should just let Vitali wait and let Peter fight Maskaev (like he deserved to ) and then the winner fight Vitali.

That whole WBC emeritus seems really unfair to Peter.

Don't you think it would be unfair to Vitali, who has already been inactive for 2 years and is not getting any younger.

Why should HE wait to get a shot at his title? Why give the honor for any immediate rematch if that was not the case?

Keep in mind... Vitali is a Champion, while Peter is a challenger.

Just looking at the other side of the coin.

It is the poor ****er had to pay sanctioning fees twice now and still ain't getting his shot........unfair is not the word.He should have been fighting Oleg instead of Toney for the second time anyway........VK coming back just ****s the division even more.....say he beats Oleg than that makes unification even further out of the picture since we all know he will never fight Wlad.So what are we supposed to accept 2 champions that are brothers and won't fight each other?

I have to agree with those who say Peter's getting ****ed. I mean he should not have had to batter Toney the second time, although in retrospect that helped his career more that anything.

But I'm not upset, as it keeps King out of the picture. Peter can sign to fight Vitali in December (knockout a chump in summer to keep busy), and without King receiving options on Vitali. At that point Wlad will likely pick up Valuev's strap, and only Briggs will be left outside the Klitschko household. Briggs will get to pick which brother slaughters him.

                  Or maybe I'm just dreaming.
