castillo looked slow easy to hit and didnt have much power he should either fight at a comfortable catchweight for himself or just pick an choose his spots at 140

Um, shot? No. Shot is when you are like Vargas. Shot is when you are like Tyson. Castillo is not shot. He just went 12 rounds and beat a 6 years younger fighter who was undefeated and obviously underrated.

Now if you asked if Castillo is showing signs of aging, then the answer is more likely a yes.

Either way, coming off an 11 month layoff this is a good performance. It was a good fight and Castillo traditionally fights tough fights. It's his style.

Castillo was coming off inactivity for 11-months and you could see he was rusty. He did start to get better as the fight wore on. Also, I too do not think that he took Herman seriously.
