When he gets tired or frustrated because he has tried everything to put his opponent down he reverts to his low blow tactics. It happened against Bowe and Grant. Back then when he quit against his opponents his reaction to it after the fights would be to shrug his shoulders and act as though there would always be another day for him to fight. Now he is desperate because he knows his time is short and hopefully that enables him to fight through his frustrations and eventually win the fight.

i agree. ruiz is a frustrater though, but then so is byrd. maybe golata IS getting over his deamons.

then again byrd fought him much more directly than normal cause king told him the other fights on the card ******. if byrd fought him more like he did holyfeild, golata might've cracked.
