Hatton's win over Tsyzu was a great win; but to think that his ONE win over a top fighter eclipses anything Mayweather has done is ridiculous. That's like Tarver's claim to fame for beating Roy Jones Jr. Just because he beat one great fighter doesn't mean he's great. A fighter has to beat other good/great fighters to be considered great. Mayweather fought & beat Genaro Hernandez for the jr. lightweight title after only 17/18 pro fights. His only other loss was to Oscar DLH. He then fought JLC as his light weight debut & won a close decision only to rematch him & beat him more decisively. His wins over Corrales, Chavez, Hernandez, Carlos Gerena, Goyo Vargas, & Castillo over multiple weight classes show how good he is. Also JLC & Corrales are current top 15 P4P fighters currently & just loss their belts recently. He's also moving to 154 which is completely out of his optimum weight to make a mega fight with DLH. Mayweather is judged by a different standard than most fighters because if you put a microscope to Hatton's career as well; he just doesn't stack up.Comment

Hatton has had 41 fights and only has one good win on his ledger. And the win over Tsyzu was just another in a series of handpicked fights. Tsyzu was coming off a major injury, had ring rust, and he had to fight in very hostile territory in Manchester because Ricky was scared to leave his country up until his last fight. I want to give props to Frank Warren for building up this undeserved hype Hatton has received for making a career of beating British bums. Even when Hatton was a nobody, he was still ducking Witter while Witter at least had the balls to come to the US and face Judah.
And you guys want to hype up Kostya Tsyzu like he was the greatest thing to ever happen to boxing just to make Hatton look good. You do realize his best win was against Zab Judah? You know, the same Judah you haters refuse to give Mayweather props for dominating. What a joke.
Hatton is overrated. I'm sure Urango will have his moments on Saturday night and Castillo will finish the job...Comment

Hatton had no business being at Welterweight. If you were really a hardcore boxing fan you would know that. Hes 5'6, he has a very small frame, and he looks like he could probably make lightweight no problem. If thats his best weight then why should he leave?Comment
