i wouldn't mention greb if i were u, there's at least one member of this site who thinks greb couldn't even beat one of todays's club fighters
Yeah but Roy WON that fight.
    8-4 on all scorecards.....
Roy also went on to beat 17 world champs in four weight divisions.
    So...you have no point.

Compare Hopkins record to SSR's, Leonards, Haglers, Greb's or Monzon's.
      Theres just NO comparison.
      lol Greb.

How about you break down Greb's record and you give me something to work with. He's never been televised and few if any fights of his are on film. Now....for you to simply rely on what a "classical boxing" enthousiast thinks...that's one thing. If you're going to honestly tell me that you've looked at Greb's resume and you know enough about him to think he's a better fighter than Hopkins I'd say you're stretching it.

i do have a point, the fight looked competitive, hops even won a few rounds. if hops wasn't on roy's level it would have been a blowout

I think I'd definatly have to put Hop in the top 25 alltime, lets not forget that aside from his first fight and 2 razer thin decisions against a very good young fighter in Taylor, Jones is the only other guy to beat him. Winning the light heavyweight championship at 42 is also a hell of an accomplishment and that fight wasnt even close. Glen Johnson was 32-0 when he got KO'd be Hopkins and has never been stopped since. Trinidad was also 40-0 when they fought and we know how that one went. Not to mention his record 20 defences of the Middleweight title, including 6 while undisputed, he deserves a spot in the top 25 imho.

Btw, boxrec.com has him scheduled to fight on 7-14, I wonder who its gonna be. I would kinda like to see him fight Calzaghe, but I have a feeling it'll be RJJ.

                Pure Destruction of Trinidad there.
That was awsome. I remember nobody gave BHop a chance in that fight...nobody. Then what does he do ? He Pummels Tito over 12 rounds and goes on to knock him down and almost out having poppa Trinidad save his son from further destruction.

i think bernard is a great fighter and a great person after his jail time but top 5 MW of all time? i highly doubt it. i remmber there was an article about that from a few months back and bernard was not even in the top 10

                      LOL at greb, god.

As soon as hopkins looks at greb, the fight will be over. Why doesnt someone breakdown greb's resume, every good fighter he beats, he also loses too. On top of that, greb is like ****in prehistoric for god's sakes, we dont even know if hes good enough to beat club level boxers.

B-Hop is a legend, nuff said.
