Any Idea why DLH is doing this?

I guess he does'nt trust floyd sr. Or DLH knows that he is going to lose and that he just wants to save his money.

Look at it this way, Big fight Big pay off (especially for DLH) with minimal trainer fees.

Besides DLH knows he is past his prime. How old is he 35?

I didn't say that this would be his last fight and that he is old, but do you really think that Oscar will be able to stop someone like PBF at his age? IMO I don't. Maybe a few years ago.

Floyd sr will not being training Oscar. he doesn't even really want to that is why he priced himself out. Oscar knows this and he is looking for a suitable trainer now. If Floyd Sr was going to be the trainer, it would have already been announced. It is Feb in a couple weeks people, floyd Sr ain't going to be it.

well may it's just around the corner, oscar is a very smart fighter paying $2m
to mayweather sr. i think is too much, If I was oscar I'll hire someone else for this fight he already has the skills way before mayweather sr I think actually ever since he has been with mayweather his original style is gone, remember his style when he fought chavez I, I mean it's a great mental advantage to have mayweather and maybe different fight angles but DHL has it all to doit without mayweather sr. Then he can show to the world he beat both mayweathers'

This is a Mayweather / De La Hoya purse, not Mayweather / De La Hoya / Mayweather...

I really hope DLH does not hire him....
