Yea, he has been in Germany for most of his life. He has never boxed outside of Germany. He became a German citizen last Sept.

I think the fighters, promoters, and television execs(hbo) should be doing everything in their power to get this fight made. IMO, this is one of the most intreguing and exciting rematches(if it happens) of 2007. Please team Pantera make this fight!
