A prime Roy Jones has the best reflexes of any boxer, ever.

Willie Pep, Pernell Whittaker, Floyd Mayweather.

All 3 have/had better reflexes than Roy IMO.

I still think Ali had better reflexes. I know what people are saying about Ali being a more complete fighter but Jones having the best reflexes, but if you watch earlier Ali fights, like against Liston, Moore, Patterson and Chuvalo the guy's reflexes are crazy. But I can see why people are picking Jones, in his prime he was crazy. So quick and elusive - and powerful until he got too cautious

I'm tempted to say RJJ, but bear in mind two factors:

* Ali's reflexes were being frequently tested against top level competition. Roy's were.... well, y'all must've forgot.

* Ali never once said "It'll be a thrilla... and a killa... and a chilla... when I take the steroid shot in Manila."
