    who has the best reflexes.roy jones or ali(PRIME)

    i say ali. ive seen some **** that looks impossible

    Jones I'd say. He was fighting in weightclasses where the average opponent he faced was quicker than most of the guys Ali fought so of course he isn't going to have the same advantages Ali had who was freakishly quick for a heavyweight.

    Also Jones revealed his chin to be less than solid when he slowed down, but it didn't matter in his best days because his reflexes were that good. Jones losing a round in his prime was an uncommon sight while Ali had close fights at all stage of his career.

    Jones had amazing reflexes, some of the best I've seen on film.

        Roy Jones' reflexes and speed was the fast I have ever seen. I have yet to see any fighter that was as fast as Jones. To me he was the faster fighter ever.

          but remember the bigger u r the more weight u have to shift. and ali was more then 30lbs bigger then jones

              what r u talking about reflex or handspeed? but ne way jones came in at.(taking a guess) 205 for ruiz. doesnt ali come in around 215-220

                Handspeed and reflexes. I know weight plays a part in quickness but you could put them both at the same weight and I think Jones will still be quicker.
