if you paid 1000 bucks to see this fight, you would have thought differently. The fight was pre planned, its so obvious. All you have to do is look at seldon's face. Its like he rehearsed the entire fight.

Exactly my point. He never went down from a punch in that fight and it's really sad. You can't tell me that a 33-3 heavyweight champion (losing only to Tubbs, Bowe, and McCall) was THAT scared. If you watch both knockdowns, he FLIES down (practically jumps) face first onto the canvas, acting like it was from a forceful punch. He was clearly acting.

that right hand clipped him on the top of the, there is a definately a possibilty that the punch ****ed up his balance, and the second left landed.

with that said, look at that, look at how Seldon was firing out that jab and the way Tyson was bobbin and weavin. Look how they bounced all around the ring. Heavyweight boxing now a days sucks now that I think about it.

And why would someone JUMP face first onto the canvas, acting like they were hit by an extremely powerful punch when they weren't? He was one of the heavyweight champs, you'd think he'd have a little more dignity than that. It just doesn't make sense. He made an absolute fool out of himself in front of millions. I wouldn't be able to live with myself after watching that tape back.

But all of this aside, how he managed to own a piece of the HW title is beyond me.

I think Seldon just had a case of being afraid of getting hit with power punches. I just watched Bowe-Seldon and he pretty much does the same thing. Sad.
