that alone makes him a HOFer IMO.

And thats ignoring the fact that he's one of the best defensive fighters of our generation, and the HUUUUUUUGE fact that he was effectively avoided by every big name for the majority of his prime...

and that this late in his career, he was able to effectively switch his style to a more exciting and offensive style?

Winky Wright has greatness written all over him
I just mean he's not going in on his first year
unless he gets a few more big fights in . Quartey was much smaller and far past his best , Mosley is smaller and should have never been fighting Wink but i'll give you that , Tito had been retired for how long and only had fought Mayorga , Vargas.... ok but Vargas has some work to do himself .

I think the list is pretty good.
My changes would be Joe at 8, Ricky at 9 and JLC at 10.

You have made my point, thank you.
Lewis could not have won without his height. He fought tall.- this one made me fall off my chair.

Foreman is ****ty without his power.- hahaha!!!! Foreman is all about power but it takes more than watching to discern his skills.

Floyd would still be in the game without his speed.- what???? Speed is what compliment PBF's skills in defense and offense and without he wouldn't be as effective.

What in the world are you talking about?

This is what makes a great fighter.. the ability to capitalize on your gifts..

It's like saying Toney would not be a great fighter if he didn't have his reflexes

Holyfield wouldn't have been great if it wasn't for his heart and chin...

            you get my point

              People that don't understand P4P
You do not take away their skills in a P4P dream fight you only lessen or add to them . Foreman would be just as much a power puncher at welterweight but may not have had the speed to compete. If Lewis was a welter he still has the same skill but instead of being 6'5 250 he would be a tall welter 6'2 or so. Which means that he would still be able to fight tall . A fighter like Manny Pac would be effective at heavy due to his speed power and style he would look like a prime Tyson . Get it ?

Actually.. Manny P wouldn't beat many of them in a P4P fight, Realninja is right.. but his accomplishments come second on that list so that's why he's there.

I don't have a problem with that list, the P4P list is all to do with opinion so I can only say what's different to my own list, which I can't be assed doing but there's not much in it.

                  Wrong.

Floyd could do what he does and then some without his speed.

This is about the degrees of dimensions.

We could not limit Ali to one dimension.

We could not limit Ray Robinson to one dimension.

We could not limit Ray Leonard to one dimension.

Fighters like Hagler, Duran, and Holyfield had the X factor.

                    Not one trick.

So his speed is bad for him?
