Oh it was definitely because he was off balance but the same can be said for the Marciano knockdown in the Archie Moore fight and many knockdowns in boxing history.

in that clip at the critical moment when peter touches toney with that lazy jab you see the top of toneys squared up knees jump up a couple inches and his arms wave like when someone stands on your feet and trys to push you backwards. definitly he was off balance from flinching. but still a knock down.

The knockdown really summed up the whole fight fight with Toney unable to count on his movement and balance anymore. Good job by Peter playing it smart but he still needs to keep improving if he wants to beat Super Klit.
