Dude his back problems are cause for concern rather than his chin and his ability to take a good shot. He'll be better of at 160.

Weight drained & Severe back problems will cause you to look slow and lethargic. He aint the same as before thats fo sho but I wouldnt say he is a completely shot fighter.

And please take back the "convalescent" comment pls.

Vargas is the reason I came into boxing full time in 99'.

I almost got into a fistfight with some guy who was taunting in the bathroom at Hooters after he lost to De La Hoya. I was that angry.

It was a personal thing to me - like he was making fun of me.

When Tito knocked Vargas down in the first round I felt like he knocked me down.

I have lived every fight with Fernando. I'm not just a fan.

Are you crazy? Did you see Fernando's eye after Mosley KO'ed him in their last fight? His eyeball was ****ing sideways!!! They were trying to hide him from the camera's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Look, Fernando's body and mind are breaking down rapidly. That's why he had such bad swelling in his eye in the first Mosley fight. His body doesn't function properly anymore. His immune system doesn't work like it should.

If you love Fernando - respect. We are in the same family.

But you must entitle me to my opinion because I care about Fernando's well being. And he's no longer fighting for glory. There's no point in risking injury.

He has a wife and children..

I have followed Fernando since he came out of the Olympics. I guess I misread your post a bit and thought you were dissing EL Feroz.

I think he has a movie career lined up soon but Fernando is a natural born fighter. His stubborness will keep him in the ring. I too want to see him retire but I dont think it will happen. I'm seriously hoping his campaign at 160 will be a successful one.

I forgot to mention that had I been in the bathroom with you that night at hooters while watching that ****roach Delahoya beat Vargas I too would have ***** slapped that guy who was taunting you.

When Jim Lampley said that there was no fighter he cared for more personally than Feroz - I have to admit; when Lamps started to tear up - I did to.
I was very moved by that.
