What happens if Joe Louis rises from the dead to win the HW title? There are some things we just don't have to worry about.

Cottos performance wasn't flawless and he got tagged by Quintanna but Quintanna is no Margarito, doesn't have the power, pressure or resistance that Margarito has. Margarito is the one who is going to be handing out a ko.

I would be shocked, and would say Margarito may be the toughest welterweight. It won't happen though, so I'm not concerned.

You're right Cotto is definitely not flawless. He can get a lot better, but he is improving. He has developed from a hard puncher to a boxer who punches hard. When Margarito learns how to box, he'll be a lot better off. A good boxer beats a good puncher EVERYTIME.

            Margarito-Floyd may eventually happen!

Thing is Margarito knows how to box, he's done so before, he doesn't look the best doing so but he knows how to box.

I'm sorry. I should've said: When he CAN box, not when he knows how. There is a big difference. I know HOW to box, but would get murdered if I stepped in against guys in the HW division. I'll admit that I've only seen about 6 Margarito fights, but in EVERY one of them, he looks like **** until he pins his opponent on the ropes and throws nothing but hooks. Clottey is not even that great of a boxer and was dominating Margarito until he hurt his hands. PBF would've embarrassed Margarito very badly, but Cotto will put him out.

There seems to be a common theme in the Welterweight division these days.
Don't fight anyone who may give you a contest. Take a look at the opponents of Margarito, Williams and even Cotto so far. Hardly inspiring stuff.
Margarito needs Cotto and vice versa to elevate themselves for future pay days. Now I'm not saying they don't have talent, it's just none of em like to take a risk and the amount of hypocrisy when it comes to ducking opponents makes my laugh.

Antonio - take your mandatory and proove to the doubters ( me included ) your not just another chump. If Williams is no match for you as you say, then a fight with Cotto still awaits.

Peyton Manning knows how to scramble, that doesnt mean its a good idea to do it, because its beyond his capabilities as a QB, Margarito as a boxer would be ****ing terrible. Slow jabs followed by, slow hooks, no head movement followed by bad footwork.
