At least Cotto can end the undeserved hype train of Margarito...

everyone hates margarito now because he said those things. And now people are Severely underrating him. Cotto WILL stuggle with margarito, Margarito is the toughest fighter Cotto has ever fought.

And both like to brawl and both guys can punch. The fight is gonna be amazing. But both are arent big enought to have their own ppv...

The problem is that Cotto is going to fight his mandatory and Margarito isn't. The irony is that he whined about everyone ducking him and then he ducks his mandatory AGAIN. I would absolutely be OK with him fighting Cotto INSTEAD of Williams, but to avoid Williams and wait for Cotto is proving that he is ducking Williams (like everyone already knew). I thought it was funny that he "hurt his wrist" in the fight when I've never heard of him having any trouble with it before and now it only hurts too much to fight Williams, not a lesser opponent. The guy is a joke.

It seems he is in a no win situation. When he was calling out floyd, floyd turned him down because "he hasnt fought anyone". Now, he has lined up an extremely tough fighter, probably the best fighter next to floyd, and that isnt good enough.
Cotto is the fight he needs to land floyd, the ultimate goal. People **** on him for holding on the WBO belt, and only fighting mandatories. Now he drops the belt and takes on a legitimate champ., and he gets no respect.
He may be ducking williams,but he took a tougher fight. I still dont see where the hate is. With a superfight lined up, and an injury, a fight with williams may be too big of a risk

if hes injured, he should just rest his wrist. if not, then fight williams.
if he knocked out williams (im sure he would) and cotto (good fight) he will get the respect he calls 4, and should be at least n tha top 15 p4p,. i believe he could beat both...

He fought Clottey instead of Williams. Why? Now he's willing to fight somebody else instead of Williams. The injury can't be too bad (assuming he's not bull****ing about it) if he's willing to get in the ring and risk re-injuring it against a nobody and screw himself out of the Cotto fight. Like I said, I like that he is going to be fighting Cotto, but Miguel is fighting his mandatory before the Margarito fight just like Margie should be doing.
