LOL you're right, thats from boxrec.

I was thinking the same thing, but I doubt it. Boxrec says they think they have like 5% of all fights, but this wasn't that long ago. Plus it says in his bio he didn't fight many boxers, but wrestlers and local tough guys: http://www.boxrec.com/media/index.ph...r_Clark:009367

Just another example of how records mean nothing.

After having been held to a draw in his debut, didn't Wilfredo Gomez stop something like 34 opponents in succession before bowing to Salvador Sanchez?

I'm not sure, but I believe Jesus Pimentel's streak was stopped at 32 when Fernando Sota went the full ten rounds with him before losing by UD.

Ruben Olivarez's streak, I think, was ended by Chuchu Castillo-- at the count of 29-- in the first of their three meetings. Castillo KD'd Olivarez but lost, UD. Olivarez's streak counts two DQ's, the bizzare one of which was in the non-title fight against former world champion Salvatore Burruni. Burruni turned his back on Olivarez after receiving a blow to the body, went to his corner and refused to resume fighting. He also refused to face reporters and closeted himself in his locker room after the fight.

according to the record on 1st December 1958, he fought six guys.

maybe he was one of these old-time circus acts where random people from the audience would get the chance to fight him

He has very long arms and very heavy hands, and an awkward style and confidence.

But he's not very technically refined.
