If I was handling Valero I wouldnt put him in with an elite fighter until he at least learns to put up defense.
Power changes everything. And Valero has more skills then he shows in a contest match.

These are 7 records of fighters he beat. Look at those numbers. He knocked out a guy who was 0-9 in the first round. Hmm. Everyone starts out fighting chumps but Valerio is doing it just to gain notoriety. That top record of 29-4-2 is of his last opponent. These men come from all over the world- Colombia, Venezuela, Japan, Panama. Oh wait, want to see the American he fought? :

Emmanuel Ford: 6-27-3. 6 wins. 27 losses. 3 draws. Six wins to 27 losses.

These aren't just fighters from his backyard. He is targeting chumps. Please, please tell me someone else sees that it is VERY premature to say Valero has the best bet to beat Manny. Pacquiao has been fighting Marco Antonio Barreras and Erik Morales'- not guys with 9 losses and not a SINGLE win. That's more than a chump fighter- that's a ****ing joke fight. Can someone else back me in saying people are getting excited about this guy WAY to soon? He's a product of good handlers- a fighter built by hype. Take him for what he is.

A guy with power and yet not real experience against even a 'B' level fighter. ****....maybe not even against a 'C' level fighter. FAR too soon to even speak of him fighting Pac-man. Let's see him in the ring with someone who has a decent record first, alright? ****.

I'd also like to point out, just for example, Valero's American fight against Emmanuel Ford- Ford has been knocked out 6 times in the 1st round. Edwin was not alone. Think they knew?
Holy **** guys. Come on. Look at the post. He's fighting chumps. Jokes. 0-9. How many losses do you have, without a win, before you quit? That's the main question of Valero's opponents.

Some people still question Chavezs oppisition. Dont let the record fool you cause even boxrec will tell you that sometime when they can't get the info of a certain fighter they will leave his record as 0 or not complet.. Freedy Pendalton and Kirino Garcia. Look up there records. See Pendalton became champion, Garcia beat Reid -robbed.

Power changes everything. But you could be right, maybe these opponet can't take a punch or arnt that good.. But i doubt that all of them have glass chins or can't fight.

I'm going to say if you're fighting guys with more losses than wins, on a regular basis, and that the guys you fight routinely get put down in first round- as Valero's opposition has been shown to- you are not growing as a fighter and display nothing but raw power.

No excuse but part of that is that he cant fight in the U.S.

because It not how many wins that count but who you beat

I think if anyone has a chance to beat manny Pacquiao its this guy but its a lot easier said then done.
                  what do yall think?

Valero is now 21-0-0 21 KO's, 19 of them in the first round
Yes he does stand a good chance to beat Pacquiao because of his power, that's all he's got to offer. After that what? Do you really expect Pacquiao to stand toe to toe with the guy in the first round?

If that fight happens I'm expectting Pac to softhen Valero as the rounds goes by and take him out in the eight or ninth round. Valero is powerful but his hands are slow and I doubt if he can cope up with Pac's foot work.

By the eight or ninth Valero's hands will be much slower, so good night by then.

Mosquera had a very good record and was a respected champion...

Valero hasn't beaten anybody? You know, that's what people said when Manny challenged Barrera...
