If he tries to gamble and throw a lot of punches he doesnt have a chance. He will be slipped and countered all day. He should make Floyd come to him, and use his jab. Oscar should pick his openings. I know it may sound ******, but he needs to outbox Mayweather. He doesnt have the speed anymore to throw those crazy flurries.
DLH just very may well catch PBF, but the question is, will PBF get caught >Again< by DLH after the first shot, and the answer to that is no...because pbf will be in survival mode, and DLH is only good at getting ref stoppages, he has trouble getting guys outta there, unless the stars align for him and he really connects with a good looping shot, it's gonna be a 12 rd ass whooping for dlh
I think Mayweather can deal with just about anything. I can't understand why he doesn't seem to want to fight tougher fights because he showed against Corrales how well he can perform when his back is against the wall.
I just hope De La Hoya doesn't get discouraged by the speed or think he can outbox Mayweather. I think he has to push forward and land that hook as often as possible.
Mayweather can handle it, but pressure is De La Hoya's best chance.
If Oscar hits him flush like they way he connected on Quartey , Vargas and Mayorga then I do believe Floyd will be kissing the canvas. The question is...can he hit him clean and flush on the beard ?
If it lands its over, simple as! Mite not take him out but it will hurt him and Oscar will pour it on! That said its a big IF! Im leaning more towards a De la Hoya win now but not sure, Floyds real slick!
