Toney weighed 223 a few days ago according to reports. That is an obvious sign that he is not overdoing it.
if james comes in at 223, he'll be able to slip and slide like the old days. this is good news

He wont and he aint at 223.

Just cause he can make 223, it doesnt mean that itll be 223 lb of solid cut muscle.

One can weigh whatever number you wish, but its what he looks like that is important. Can you see muscle, or are they just drained. Does he look in shape, or just like he lost fat tissue.....

I highly doubt that we will see Toney at 223lb with serious muscle. Maybe 223 and saggy lookin.

He was in ****y shape for his last fight. I just dont see him cut and ready in Wlad like shape.

He did say he has really been working on toning his body so who knows. All I know is at 217 Toney looked fit, so at 223 he should be fine.

And if you are really overweight, which Toney probably was, you can lose 20 pounds in two weeks the healthy way. On that show the biggest loser they had people losing 40 pounds in two weeks. Its possible to do it the healthy way.

              Well who knows.

My theory is that we will see him light (for Toney) but he will not be cut and prime looking. He'll just look like a fat man who lost weight, as in with no muscle definition.
